Why is it looked down upon when you kill but cigerette companys kill more and get away with it?

When a serial killer kills twelve people he goes either to death row or to prison max security no parol but a ciggerate company causes more deaths around the world than most wars do im not sayin what serial killers do is ok im sayin that murder should be puneshed no matter what the form and if a normal person were to do all the things ciggeretes do they would be charged with murder 1-3 premedited murder recless endangerment manslaughter and many many more not to mention they are proffiting off of others death and sickness ciggerettes are the worst drug and should be illegal like the rest dont you think
