I am in love with my elementary friend. Is it possible that he likes me too?

I have known him since elementary school. I used to be the poster child for hating this boy but it wasn't until two years ago that i found myself attracted to him. We have always picked and teased each other and sometimes i get offended when he says things like im ugly and skinny but others tell me im pretty and should be a model. I often find myself staring at him in cl and sometimes i catch him smiling at me. My friends always say he likes me and that we would make the cutest couple. When we talk on the phone or we text he always brings up something about his hot body which is quite hypnotizing. Recently we had a bet on who would win the nba playoffs i won like always and now he owes me the money but he added on a kiss to the bet. He keeps on bringing it up in a joking way. Could he like me? Please help i don't want to make a move and then mess up our friendship.
