I have a D- in physics and the midterms are close?

i cannot understand my physics teacher, i have a D- in the cl and i dont understand the concepts, i dont know what to do i think im gonna fail the cl as a sopre. and paranoid about what colleges are going to think when they see a d or an f on my transcripts.
