Can i do excersizes to help my Costochondritis?

This is usually caused by some sort of repetitive motion that you do with your arms and stopping that activity and taking anti-inflammatory medication regularly is the usual treatment of choice. This can and will heal up - it is only an inflammatory response to something you are doing, lifting, turning, etc (such as too much keyboard time on the computer). Taking frequent breaks (hourly), doing shoulder scrunches (raising your shoulders) will often ease the tightness that causes this. You need to figure out what movements cause the pain and then stop doing them to allow this to heal. You can also go to WebMd.com and type in costochondritis and read up on this condition and it's treatments.
