Pls tell me quick,she's right here!!?

Hi ppl,the girl i have always liked is right here near me.I want to talk to her,i have'nt done so yet.She knows i like her and always looks at me,not in a weird way but i cant place it.I always get looks from her but dont know whether it is out of interest in me or if she's checking to see if i am checking her out.What do i do,i absolutely adore her but freez up when i am near her.Pls hlp and quick.
