Do we need to mix any motorbike oil with petrol in bajaj discover 150?

I've purchased a new bajaj discover 150cc 4 stroke bike and i'm new on motorcycles,i just want to know whether i've to mix any oil with petrol like other bikers do? I've no experience and a beginer in riding motorbikes,please guide me. .thanks :)
