My daughter is 13 she has severe depressiveness with suicidal ideation and the inabilty to cope with emotion?

my daughter has in the past 6 months tried suicide 3 times pills hanging and drowning and shes constantly cutting herself the umption is the above description can anyone plz advise me what to do or explain this condition to as all her rages are aimed at me its affecting the rest of my family plz hlp
