It's freezing and my roommate keeps turning off the heat! Help!!!?

you could get yourself an electric heater for your bedroom. I can relate with your roomie. Having the heater on overnight makes my eyes puff up and leaves me feeling groggy and worn out the next morning. It gets cold in my room too. I have a fleece blanket layered between me and a down comforter. You could also get an electric blanket.
