Hello, Is this correct for power?
I have a statistic that says each house uses 1 kilowatt of energy. Since there are 130 million homes in the US, then the US uses 130 million kilowatts of power, or 130 thousand megawatts, since one megawatt is equal to 1000 killowatts. So, then geothermal power as a whole, which has the potential to produce to 100 thousand megwatts of energy, could supply the world 100 thousand of their 130 thousand megwatts of energy? This seems like too big of a number for that energy supply, so I was wondering if my calculations are wrong??
