College Student Car Loan 19 years Old?

I'm 19 years old and I'm a full time student. I have had a job for over a year now and I show history of working at the local water park every summer for the past 4 years. I make about 2,100+ a month and I just got my first credit card about 2 months ago with a $500 limit and have never been late on it always making payments early and never exceeding 30%. Can I get a car loan for a used car for about 12000-15000? Would I need a co-signer
