MY TV SAYS 'OUT OF BOUNDS'?

Just recently I connected a JBL CS460 surround sound to my TV to component 1. When I try to work it on component 1 my TV says 'out of bounds' and black color fills up the screen. I've checked all the cables and that and it's all fine. My TV has never said Out of Bounds before. Also, my JLB's can work without the TV to play cd's so I know that there's nothing wrong with the speakers and the receiver. PLZ HELP
