Have you heard about Elena Kagan's college thesis praising socialism and stating...?

i don't understand why people are putting so much weight on a senior paper written 30 years ago when she was 22, but by all means do whatever it takes to destroy kagan. in reality she's a risk to be the 6th conservative vote.
