How many more earthquakes can the U.S. endure?

Where in the HELL are we getting this money to help Haiti and now Chile out? I was wondering if any country helped us out when we have had disasters.....? I am not really up on my drug information was told yesterday the Chile has a long of money going through it because of the drugs there hmmmm but we want to be their savior?
