Help with intro statistics?

If 8 rooks (castles) are randomly placed on a chess board, what is the probability that none of the rooks can capture any of the others? Note that a rook can capture another rook if it is in the same row or column. So, we can rephrase the question: What is the probability that no row or column contains more than one rook?
