What do turks think of Syria and the Syrian people?

On many websites ive seen many people say that TURKS hate ARABS . I'd like to know that if this is true , to what countries do turks refer to e.g. saudi arabia , gulf countries, jordon , egypt , morroco . Are turkish people aware of the differences between different arabic countries?
