Hi friends i have problem with my laptop.... my laptop brans is toshiba...?

my driver is DVD/RAM matshita UJ-481.... before when my laptop is new that time i can read both DVD & CD discs. but now i can't read DVD discs.. my laptop reads only CD discs... i have removed my driver & reinstalled but still same problem ... anyone tell how to solve this problem?
